Medicare, private insurance, or self-pay
How you pay does not change how you are treated. Medicare patients, patients with private plans, and patients paying for themselves all book the same slots, see the same doctor, and get the same time.
If you have insurance, we will tell you what it covers before your visit when we can. If you do not, you will know the price before you walk in. Either way, nobody at Julep is going to make you feel processed.

Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. Julep sees Medicare patients for primary care visits and lab-based diagnostics. Call us if you would like your specific plan confirmed before you book.
Can I be seen without insurance?
Yes. Self-pay patients are welcome and always know the price before the visit. Insurance is never required to be seen at Julep.
Can Julep be my regular doctor?
Yes. Checkups, chronic conditions, prescriptions and refills, prevention, and a physician who reads your whole chart every time. That is the job.
How fast can I get in?
Same-day and next-day slots are often available. Book online any time, or call during clinic hours and we will find you a time.
What if I need something you do not do in-clinic?
We refer you to a specialist or service we trust and stay involved. You will not be handed a phone number and forgotten.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, for visits that do not need hands-on care. Your doctor will tell you when an in-person visit is the better choice.
